About Me
Hi ! My name is Sanjay. I am a Human Resources Professional currently living in Baltimore, Maryland with my family. This site is my second attempt at setting up a website from scratch. In the first attempt I lost everything trying to do an upgrade - I must have hit the wrong key :). I was familiar with 'Static' Website Designs but I wanted to take it a step further and learn more about building and manitaining a 'Dynamic' site. So I thought this would a good way to get my feet wet. It would teach me about setting up a MySQL database, working with php, and formatting with CSS. It has been a great learning experience.
Well here I am - This site is compliant with XHTML 1.0 strict and uses CSS with a liquid layout that expands and contracts depending on the size of your monitor. It also uses relative metrics to support varying user font sizes. This site renders almost identically in Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla and FireFox.
I chose the name ‘Absolut 360° ' for my blog because it is a 360° view to my interests around the web. My primary interests involve technology but I do have other non-technology related interests. I am an avid Formula 1 fan and have been following the sport for years. I was a finisher ( read - completed the ) Himalayan Car Rally in 1991. I am also into photography quite a bit, and listen to Classic Rock and Country Music.
